    Modification of support/disability
I have paid support faithfully for 5 years though it is terribly difficult for me. Now my ex-wife has obtained disability payments for one of the two children but won't confirm this to me. We have joint legal custody and my support is $640 per month. Can this amount be modified downward because of the disability checks she now receives? I have taken care of my visitation obligations - thanks to my parents.

I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think the fact that she's receiving disability payments is grounds for modifying your child support obligation. Generally speaking, your support obligation can only be modified by a change in your financial situation.
