Ok I also have a lump in my underarm area. Only it is a little larger than a pea, hard and painful. Not just too the touch but all the time. I have had no cold or any other illness recently. I noticed it when I was shaving so I don't believe it was form that. It doesn't seem to be getting any bigger but its not getting any smaller. You can visibly see it when I raise my arm. But it feels like it is deep and it doesn't move around almost as if it were attached to something. Any advice

Make an appointment with your doctor. I had a very small lump too, and it turned out to be early-stage cancer. Yours might be nothing serious, but find out now so you don't spend each day worrying and wondering.
