    Garnishing ss benefits for debt
    The bank block my bank account all deposite are ss disabilty check. What are my right can I sue them

    You can't sue the bank. You can take your disability award letter in to the bank and show them that your bank deposits come from this source of income.

    Who is the entity garnishing your bank account? If it is a government agency they can garnish your account. If it is just a creditor, they can't.

    Go to your bank in person with your paperwork and speak to the manager of the branch and talk it over with them.

    Did you inform your bank that the only funds deposited were from exempt income? The bank has no idea where the income is from so they acted legally because they were served with a legal writ of execution. The bank can do nothing at this point.

    What you need to do is go to the court that issued that writ and submit a motion to vacate the writ on the grounds the deposits are from exempt sources. You will need to provide proof of that.
