    Can I wait in mexico for my husbands u.s visa to be approved?
    I am a u.s citizen and want to marry my mexican fiancé. Can I petition for his spouse visa while living with him in mexico?

    Yes but it takes between 18-24 months and be prepared to answer the questions such as are you not working? Do you pay US income taxes? Who is the sponsor? etc.
