To whom it may concern, I brought my now ex-wife here on a Fiancée Visa back in February of 2008 from her country (Republic Of Georgia). We married in March of 2008. I believe in March of last year, we had to go to Cleveland Ohio At the Federal Building for our interview to have her green card approved. Soon after the interview, the green card was approved. Six months later, she divorced me for reasons that made no sense at all. She never worked, as I supported her in everything, and was the best husband I could be for her, but she simply wanted out of the marriage and on her own. After countless times of trying to save the marriage, she filed for divorce and the divorce was final in March of this year. To make a long story short, I believe I was used as a stepping stone for her to get the green card and to have a better way of life here. She used me I believe for this purpose, simply for the green card and the opportunities we have here. She is now in her own apartment, working part time and going to the University full time. My question is: Is there any way I can have her green card revoked? I believe she lied during the interview and the immigration offices in Cleveland, and they have the entire interview on CDR, a disc that was made in filming the interview for their records. Can I use this against her, and also prove she used me for obtaining the green card? Any advice will be helpful. Thank you, Dave
