    If you have a child support lien on property, can you refinance your home?

    If you can find a company that will refinance for you, yes.

    Most probably, no.

    You will need to refi enough to pay off the child support lien, that way there will only be one loan, not a loan and a lien.

    Which would be a good thing to do, that way you have gotten rid of the past due child support.
