This may be simple overexcitement, such as when one of his people come home or a playmate is out in the yard. That he will simply have to grow out of, providing you keep instructing him to pee outside. I've always gotten the best results when catching them just starting and taking them out immediately then praising them when they go while outside. |

I've tried to put my puppy in a crate but she continuously whines. But she only do so because she don't want to be in there. When I take her outside she always just want to play. She started doing her business in the crate and all over the house. She's currently living in a cage outside.
