My friend gets hit but her father told her if she said anything he would let her get taken away to tyc or jail because she has a record and is now on probation plus she has no where else to go how can I help her ?please this is important !

If she is being abused by her father and it gets reported like it should, she may be temporarily removed or he may be removed to jail.
But it will stop the abuse and she will be safe.

All abuse needs to be dealt with and stopped. It is criminal behavior.

The state will not put her in jail (even if she is on probation) for reporting abuse.

And for him to tell her those lies to cover his butt and continue the abuse makes him even more of a coward and despicable excuse for a man.

There is no justification for violence , especially towards your own children.
It is the action of cowards , bullies, and those without the intellect to communicate to another human.

Tell your school counselor, or priest /minister/rabbi, about the abuse.
You could call CPS or talk to your parents and maybe they will do it, but it needs to be done.

I think it is courageous and admirable that you took your concern and acted on it for the benefit of another human.
You have restored some of my faith in the basic goodness of humans.
