Yes, you can still get pregnant like that.

Pregnancy can occur anytime of the month, even during your period. It's less likely then, but still possible.

Agreed, you may get pregnant at any time, there are more fertile times than others. Also since no form of birth control is 100 percent any time you have sex you are taking the chance to become a parent.
