    For law enforcement knowledge
    Assume you are the on-scene supervisor from the city police dept. You are concerned that this mass scale illness might not be a chace occurrence buta terrorist incident. Based on your concerns, how would you answer these questions..

    Who should decide whether to initiate the emergency response plan for a terrorist incident?

    If the emergency response plan is initiated, who should be the incident commander and why?

    Which agencies should be called to the scene and what would be their primary roles an functions?

    Sounds like one of the questions on the promotion board.

    The incident commander is the person listed on the plan, it will state exactly who is in charge and who is if they are not available.

    The people notified will be listed also on the plan

    I guess it does sound like homework... man I am good!. if you can't answer then don't bother, don't "assume" if you don't know... it only makes you look stupid
