    About the light
We bought a Hampton Bay Ceiling fan from a Home Depot clearance. And we cannot figure out how to change the light. The model # is AC-527*NN*
    UPC# is 792145350767
    Dated 02 04

The globe area has an arrow pointing left - says "open. It will turn and drop down some but it doesn't come off so one could access the area where we believe a light bulb would be. We just can't figure it out.

Most lights, you rotate them until they drop out once it is lined up properly. I am told some have hidden screws above the glass that you access from the side or top, I'm not sure which models are which. Keep trying!
