    Can siblings collect from inheretance bankruptcy debts
    Many years ago my sister listed me on her bankruptsy. Can I collect that amount and interest from her portion of our inheretance at the time of our parents death?

    If a sibling listed another sibling on their bankruptsy many years ago... can this be taken out of our inheretance to repay the other sibling?
