    Dates and times wrong on dui tickets
    Can they dismiss a dui with wrong date and times when it happened?

    Minor issues like this are not going to result in getting a DUI dismissed.

    The date AND time are wrong? What State?

    I think it could be dismissed but I am addressing NY. These could be considered substantial errors.
