    How did US border know for canadians whether you have overstayed or not in US

    I just wondering how did the USA border know whether you have overstayed in USA for Canadians, Canadians have not I94

    Hello s:

    I'm sure when it was issued, there were records of it kept by the authorities at the border. So, when you leave, it's pretty easy for them to look up whether your visa has expired.
