    Ticking shop lifting can b criminal record
    My fren stole 70dollar worth good from supermarkt store manager call police n police arrive there and ask his detail and he give ticket of around 250dollar he paid next week so in his case will he b criminal and he is afraid that when he need police report do he will b criminal or his police report will be clear

    He was 20 is he is overseas student.
