The thing with house breaking is being consistent. As soon as she eats or drinks, she goes out side. When she does her business she gets praise and more praise. If you want, you can even offer a small treat. Do you crate while you are away? Crating is a great aid in house breaking. Make sure to clean up all messes right away, and use a good enzyme cleaner to get rid of the smell. You don't want two dogs competing.

As for recall, get a long lead, a horse lead works great. Step on one end, and let her go. As soon as she is at the end of the lead, call her name. (You can use your clicker, so she associates the click with treat if you like), As soon as she looks at you click, and reward with praise and a small treat. **Remember when you are doing training like this, it doesn't have to be actual treats. You can use her breakfast or supper as her reward, one piece of kibble at a time.

Keep doing this, and when she starts to walk toward you, associate that action with the command. It's best to have minimal commands to start, and praise the ACTION before giving a name to it. So like I said, I would start by using her name, and once she is coming every time you use her name, give the action a name.
