    What was this show? Dog cartoon
    Me and my brother used to watch a cartoon show on VHS.. not sure if it was ever on the TV and I think it was british.
    It was about a dog and I remember in one episode his friend... I think girlfriend wanted the moon as a birthday present so he built a tower to try and get it but couldn't so ended up giving her a white balloon and pretending it was a balloon.
    Don't know if anyone can help me but it's driving me mad...
