    I wan to improve my mental concentration
    Whenver I reached home after a tirin day at the school, I am always locked up by some internal factors like-lazyness, exhaustation and couldn't really focus on my particular subjet?. is there any solution?. please help me, I want to improve my health, mentalism, inorder to become an expert?

    More information would be useful, but a starting point would be diet, exercise and sleep.

    In order to have enough energy for a good day, you need a decent diet which is mostly fresh whole foods, with as little sugar and junk as possible. Sugar and fast foods provide a very short burst of energy but then you feel more tired afterwards, while something like eggs or fish give you energy that lasts for hours.

    Exercise is essential to keep you fit and energetic. Try to walk as much as possible as part of your day, and do some exercise regularly that makes you pant and sweat. Yes, starting it hard, but once you've done it, you'll feel so much better.

    Sleep is essential. No matter how busy your lifestyle, if you are not getting enough sleep, you'll have trouble. One of the worst time stealers is the television. It's amazing how many extra hours there is an a day if you are not sitting in front of the television.
