    Electrical floor outlet how to open them
    I have a round bronze electrical plate in the wood floor of our new house and I have no idea how to open it. It has an oval opening with a small hole in the center. It does not appear to have a screw in it. I need to know how to get this open if you can assist.

    I believe those covers are hinged on the long side.
