I am one week away from my period. Is it possible that I could be pregnant. I haven't really noticed major syptoms bt a have noticed a few... Tired all the time, abdominal pain, headaches, nauseous all the time, upset stomach and very very moody!! Just need know if its possible or just pre menstrual syptoms.

Yes it is possible... see what happens when your period is due and test if need be.

I skipped a month on my period but still had those syptoms, just no bleeding. It's possible that your body hasn't had enough water or iron to get the flow but is capable of the emotions. If you are pregnant there's nothing you can do but wait and get a pregnancy test later to find out. But don't worry too much... you might just be a little late

It is possible that you are pregnant... what you can do is wait it out and see if you have your period... you can test up to 5 days before your missed period with some home test but the best thing to do is wait and see if you start your period or not. If you are stressed out you will have these symptoms. But just wait and if you do start and still suspect that you are pregnant go see your Dr for a blood test it can tell as early as 2-3 weeks of gestation

To add to what everyone has said so far, remember that pregnancy symptoms and premenstrual symptoms can mirror each other aside from the lack of bleeding associated with pregnancy.

I advise my patients to wait at least a week after the period is due and test using the clear blue easy test that actually uses the words pregnant/not pregnant.
