    Need of help n try to do right for my son
    2 counts of grand theft auto and on probation for 5 years. I I took $500 from my brothers account and afterwords when he found out I took the money... the police was already call for investigation... I told my brother I was going to pay him back and he said OK... but the bank had already replaced the money I took from he's account.. so they wanted to know if he was going to press charges or work something out with me other wise they'll take the money back.. and it'll be between my brother and I... so basically my brother had never made the time to make the call to the bank and never heard frm him. So because of that.. the bank had sent a warrant out for my arrest and now I vop... whats the out come for me?

    I think this might be a question for the legal boards. You also need to be a bit clearer. Are you charged with grand theft auto or just theft for the money?
