First, if you want to become better in reading and pronouncing, learn to write in good English and not using chat speak.

Then, may I ask you where you are from? If you are in a country where the mother tongue is English, you shouldn't have any problem in getting better at English. If not, try to listen to English programmes as often as possible. BBC is a good programme for this and also feed your general knowledge.
