    Attempted agg. Battery with child
    What does it mean when someone gets charged with attempted aggravated battery with a child?:confused:

    It means they are in big trouble and they need a lawyer. They're charged with trying to hurt a child - badly.

    Is it attempted aggravated battery to a child or with a child present.

    Each ( at least in GA) or separate charges, one is where you did attempted aggravated battery to someone with a child present, and the other is actually to the child.

    It is attempt agg. Battery of a child, so does child mean anyone under the age of 18 someone under the age of 12?

    The age of a minor depends on the specific state law in the US or province in Canada.

    It can be someone under 18, or 17 or 13 or 12 just depending on the state you were changed in. But the courts take it very serious, since it involves a minor child.
