It is an off white box with a lid with flowers on it. It looks like it may have been for powder but not sure. It is about 2" by 3".

So why have you called it "corday"? Is that a brand name, logo or imprint on the box, or what? Can you, by chance, share a picture or two of the item?

I've googled corday 8001 several different ways but am not finding anything on it... so I'm thinking that pics will help.

I can email a picture if you want to provide an email address. It is stamped Corday #8001. It is a small porcelain box with a removable lid. It is about 2" wide and about 3" long and about 1.5" deep

If you have a picture, just post it here. See the options at the bottom of the posting page. In the meantime I'll see what I can find based on your description... but a picture will be needed, so please post it here.

I'm not finding anything for "Corday". Is Corday correct, or is it Cordey?

Can you include an image of where it gives the name and #?
