Generally - no. Exempt employees are paid an annual salary which includes a certain number of paid vacation days and holidays. Just as exempt employees aren't paid overtime for staying late or working weekends, they also don't get paid extra for not taking vacation. However, at its discretion management could decide to pay out a bonus to certain employees, and factors such as "dedication" could play a part in determining how bonuses are awarded.
