    Outside fan won't turn on AC unit
    I changed out the capacitor with the help of an AC repairman. However the fan still won't run. With the AC unit off the fan turns freely. Is the Motor Bad? How can I tell?

    Check to assure there is power going to motor, if there is and the new capicitor is the correct one, the motor is probably bad
