    Hello S:

IF he's a MINOR marijuana offender, and IF this is his first offense, and IF he paid his fees, and IF he attended the classes, and IF his sentences isn't more than a year, and IF he didn't really piss off anybody, then he'll probably do about 2-3 months in jail.

But if he was convicted of selling drugs, was rude to the PO when they did go and has not paid any fines or costs, they may keep him a lot longer.

But first he will be held pending a hearing, ( this can be a month or two for that) then the judge may release him on probation again at that time, or send him for a time in jail for the violation
