    I would like to learn somewhere in europe
    Well My name is Wondwosan Azage and I am Abesha ( Ethiopian citizen) I have BA degree In Procurement And Supply Management. Because of many reason it is so hard to up grade my only university degree. Beside I have no Idea what to do when it comes to getting scholarship the free one.
