    What model is it? Are you just trying to reset picture/sound settings? Or are you trying to do a complete factory reset? Are you having problems that you think might be fixed by resetting it? If so, what are these problems? Have you tried power cycling the TV (unplugging it for a couple minutes then plugging it back in)?
