    Well, unless you have some values (the dissociation constants, the concentration of hydrogen ions, etc) you cannot give a value of the pH of a copper solution.

    Copper solutions are generally slightly acidic though.

    Thanks. This is +/- 60% mined copper after having been through the concentrator and prior to going to the smelter.

    Well, then there's another problem. I'm pretty sure that there are many impurities... I thought that this was linked to a school question, because then, you can perform tests to find the required concentrations.

    But, I guess the best thing you can do is to find a pH meter.

    Depending on the impurities. Sulfur components will cause the copper mixture to be more acidic. Calcium will make it more basic, etc. So, it's difficult to find the pH of such a mixture.

    If you can get a pH meter, and a solution sample of the copper, then you'll be able to find the pH of your copper solution.
