Who sings turn it loud

Hello. I used to listen to a rock show called the Metal Countdown during the 80s in Los Angeles and I have a tape that contains a song that goes... turn it loud until it's rocking your brain turn it loud until you're going insane... Does anyone know any information about this? Thank you
