Asylum applied in December 2006. On the 18th DEC 2006, I admitted in royal free Hospital & discharged on 2nd April 2007. During this period the home office called me for interview. The doctor send a medical certificate & stand that he could not attend the interview. The home office send to doctor other questions. 1:-HIS CURRENT MEDICAL CONDITION? 2:- WHAT TREATMENT ARE PRESERIBED? 3:- HOW LONG HE WILL Being THE HOSPITAL? Ans.(1)he has been diagnised with POEMS syndrome. This is a severe paraproteinemic neuropathy witch has produced significant neurological disability.Initially he was unable to walk, but with treatment there has been some improvement. He is able to walk with the supervision of two physiotherapists and using a frame for short distances only. We are unsure how much recovery that he will make. The recovery is likely to take many months, but we are unsure precisely how long. Ans.(2) He has received a course of radiotherapy to a plasmacytoma involving the second & third thoracic vertebra.he is due, in the coming weeks to commence stem cell transplantation. Ans.(3) We estimate that he will remain in hospital for six to eight weeks at least. Doctor answered these questions. After, I did not received any letter from home office. I don’t know my case is pending or refused. Now 3 ½ years completed. I am still disable,housebound& on medication. Now my case is with team CRTS6 croydon. Shell I wait end of date July 2011. Or write a letter for consider. I am not receiving any benefits. Please help me & thank you.

Seeking asylum is a very complicated matter and should not be done without attorney in the first place. It could take long years... you should follow up to find out about case status, or retain an attorney.

If I was deported to my country and I want to come back to UK what I shall do for that
