    I want to find out who owns the brook that runs along the rear of my garden
    I am trying to find out who owns a small brook that runs along the rear of my garden if you have record of this brook would love sum help it runs along the back of brantley crescent any advise would be great thanks

    If we knew the Town and Country it would be helpful - I have no idea where you are.

    You can get this info from your Town or City Assessor's Office - they also have the maps showing the various properties.

    I removed you town and post code, dangerous to post such things online.

    Anyway you need to get in touch with the Land Registry.
    I doubt very much that this brook is actually owned by anyone, as rivers, etc tend to be Crown Property.
