    Abandonment of husband
    My husband just up and left me and my 2 yr old daughter last year.I was trying to get help for us,went from one family member to another.We weren't married at the time.We got back with a few months got along then a in a few months we got married and planned another child.Well, now we are married I have 3 kids to him an 8 yr old,3 yr old, and one on the way in 3 months.I have my 3 yr old again and he has my our oldest cause he has custody.He is living with a girl that he says is a babysitter which I don't believe because he has been talking to her awile now.This is the second time he has done this to me,he is verbally and mentally abusive that's y we can't get along and blames everything on me.

    So what is your question? Are you legally separated, Filing for divorce or what?

    I was wondering what I should do?? Mostly support alimony and custody of my daughter and my unborn son not my other son because my husband already brainwashed him,he hates me.

    sorry forgot to say we are not legally separated yet this just happened a week ago that he left me for the woman.

    Get an attorney, file for divorce and ask for emergency temporary support.
