Can someone help me with a civil action involving debt
I received a civil action that is marked this case is subject to arbitration today. I live in SC. It says I owe Midland Funding, LLC $2437.94 and that I must answer the complaint within 30 days. I am not sure what I need to do at this point. Should I contact the Lawyer who signed the complaint or what?
