Hi Can you assist me as a student studying law in researching civil forms?
In the process of completing an assignment in Civil forms (Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999) for a total of 4 Scenario's.
    1. I've been injured in the line of duty and unable to work for at least 12 months. My employer does not approve my claim for compensation and I file a personal injury claim. Face loss of wages totalling $150,000. My suggestion is to complete a Form 2A?
    2. Neighbour has filed a claim against myself for parking on their grass ruining their garden. Claim is for $12,000. My suggestion is to complete a Form 6 Defence Form?
    3. I've been asked to act as a mediator between parties due to civil suits been filed. I suggested completing a Form 6A?
    4. I've received a Form 3 Minor debt claim from an offender arrested for drunk and disorderly behaviour who claims I failed to secure his wallet. As such, he has lost $2000.
My suggestion is to complete a Form 4 defence form?
If you can assist with my enquiry I would truly appreciate it.

    Regards.

First of all each state is different. You need to get the state that you are in now and get the newest book you can as lots of changes have been made in the Rules of Civil Procedure since 1999 rolled around.

Go to the law library at your local courthouse and ask them for the latest edition of your state's R.Civ.P.
