My air handler is leaking water
When my air runs and cycles off, LOTS of water is leaking. (at least 2 gallons a day)
The drains are fine and are draining. I took off the front cover of the unit where the coil is and the water is getting on the inside sides of the air handler.

I just did a test and turned the thermostat blower/fan on, not auto. Let the temp drop and turned the temp back up to turn off the outside unit but still having the fan on the air handler and it did not pour out any water, unlike when the fan shuts off.

Any idea what would cause this?

Sounds like you have a lot of humidity.
A dehumidifier would be a big help ,
If all this water is running down inside your airhandler ,it will do you much harm
Does the pan your evap. Coil is sitting seem to be overflowing or might it have a leak,if it's a leak you need to get it repaired
Also are you sure the drain is totally clear,so all the water is flowing

It is depends on if you have a gravity flow condensate line, or one with a condensate pump attached which is required to pump water above the level of the evaporator condensate connection.
Those connections are generally 3/4 pvc lines.
Condensate lines can be clogged by mold growth for gravity flow systems and pumps quit working for the other type.
Determine which type of condensate removal system you have and investigate further.
