Trane XE1000 blowing warm air

I have a 6 ton Trane XE1000. The fan on the outside unit is spinning, but inside it's blowing warm air. It was working fine several days ago but now when we turned it on, we only get warm air. I did see a post about replacing the capacitor. Any thoughts?
