Can you be a cpa with a felony in Colorado
Does a person have to answer yes to the CPA question. "have you ever been convicted of a felony". When the record has been sealed for the state of colorado's CPA application?

If the question is what to answer about a felony record, yes - you HAVE been convicted of a felony, sealed record or not.

If the question is can you be a CPA with a felony this site says you can be denied although it is on a case by case basis - http://www.dora.state.co.us/accountants/Policies.pdf
