Low water pressure from water utility
I bought a house last year and since day 1 have not had hardly any water pressure. In the first month they dug up and replaced my curb valve, which didn't fix the issue. When they opened up the main coming into the house, water didn't spray out just kind of trickled. They did not put a meter on for PSI. Then I was told it was too cold and I'd have to wait till the ground thawed. Now they don't return my phone calls, and I can barely take a shower. What can I do? What's my next step?
