    Criminal law of minn.
I was arrested by guards at the fairgrounds in minn. I am from az. I was being held to see a judge from fri. afternoon till Monday morning when judges would be avaiable for an initial hearing setting charge/bond. Late Sunday night at 10:30 pm they took me out of the pod and told me they would send me something in the mail for court. I am being charged with a class D felony. I did not attend court beings I can't appear in minn. Living in az. A warrant for my arrest is issued for not appearing but they are not expiditing. How do I fix this sitituation so this warrant goes away what should I do?

Get an Attorney - warrants never die and they never go away unless you take action.

    What were the charges about?

I'm not sure I think who I was with the driver had either drugs or parafinallia? I was never told or showed what they had because I asked and beings the driver must not of fessed up it was his we both got charged. I think I was realsed because the fairgrounds only had 48 hrs. to file charges and they must not of the police just drove us to jail. So if I get a lawyer won't I then be charged with this and I am unemployed and don't have much money
