    Name of an anime movie from around the early 90's with a girl turned into a cat.
    I was a child when I rented this movie so I don't remember all of it. Little dark headed girl who has to live with her grandmother, she's very spoiled and ends up like... floating down a river and somewhere gets turned into a cat. I think she ends up with some evil man and then gets back to her grandma and is grateful for her. I just really want to watch it again so if anyone knows, help me out!

    It sounds like you're describing The Fantastic Tales of Unico.

    The girl is actually a cat that was turned into a girl by Unico and the girl is taken to the Baron's (vampire?) castle where Unico and his friends have to rescue her.
