Is the Lititgation support rep an employee of the credit card company?
I asked the company if they sold my debt and they said no, but 2 different collectors have called about it. Do I believe them? Do I ask for validation of debt on my answer to the court. The summons contains an invitation page that I signed (when I lived in a different state) and no other documentations. They are asking for all the interest plus attorney fees. . Help! I work part time and it all goes for the rent and utilities.

Yes you always ask for verification. The rep may represent the creditor or the collector, but that shouldn't matter to you.
