    Child support.
    Hi,
    M y daughter is attending community college and still home, if she transfers out of state next year, do I still have to pay my ex wife support, even thou she`s not in her home , We live in New York. My daughter is now 19 yrs. Old
    Ihave no agreement per our divorce for college

    For custody, visitation and other purposes, the age of majority is age 18, but for purposes of the parental support obligation the age of majority remains at 21.
    Look at your divorce decree.
