I received a summons from Capital One and it contained an Affidavit from an authorized agent called a Litigation Support Representative, A Petition on Breach of Contract and the amount that has accumulated since they locked me out of the website that contained my account and statements. I told them I was unable to pay them but they still continued to harrass me by telephone. I tried to set up a payment plan and they wouldn't take a check or money order. They also tried to take the payment out of my bank account without permission before the date I agreed upon. I also called the main company but they gave me another number and I don't have long distance. I appeared to the court and now I need to give them an answer if I am going to deny the allegations of the petition. Is their anyway to fight them.
