I have a Kenmore Elite model #110-23032101 that won't spin
My washer will agitate, but not spin during the spin cycle. I can hear the motor going, but nothing is happening. Also, the fabric softener won't drain into the wash... don't know if the two are releated or not, but the part I care about the most is the lack of spinning!
    Thanks
