    Unit is froze up, drain is clogged, or drain pan is bad.

    Are you speaking about the inside unit or the outside unit?

    Some water leakage is normal, so if you're talking about the inside unit, then you probably just need to check the discharge hose to be sure that it is going into the pan.

    ... but stay tuned: we have a few excellent HVAC people here who can probably add more for you to check out.
