    Verbal Agreement in Nevada
    After living with my boyfriend for over 11 years, I suffered a disabling injury this past March. I then broke my leg in May. He arranged for friends from CA to pick me up in Nevada on May 14th, so they could take care of me for four weeks. My boyfriend was to come get me on his seven days off. On May 24th, he and my best friend sent pornographic pictures and a sound video of themselves performing certain acts together
    To my cell phone. He had moved her and her two children into the home he and I lived in together for two years, and threatened me with physical harm and death if I came back to get my belongings. On June 25th, he delivered to me my clothes, and things that she obviously doesn't care about or want.

    We argued back and forth over the phone about belongings that I wanted. On May 29th, via text message, he stated "***k it have it all sharron and i and the kids just buy new memories". Within four minutes, I responded "That will work for me if thats how you choose to proceed as far as our possessions are concerned." Is this a legally-binding written agreement?

    When he delivered my clothing to me on June 29th, we talked for about 20 minutes about many things, including lists of things I was requesting and had previously mailed to him. I asked if he had a problem with anything on the lists, and he said "no". He said he would deliver more things on his seven days off. This conversation took place in front of two witnesses (which actually was my intention), who will give me notarized affidavits of everything he agreed to. Is this a legally-binding oral agreement?

    He's screwed me over in so many ways, but all I want right now is the property he agreed I could have. Do I have a breach of agreement that is written or oral? I don't want a money judgment, I just want the items he agreed I could have. What are my chances of succeeding, and what venue do I use to pursue it.

    So you take him to court and produce your evidence. Sounds like you have enough to give it a shot.
