    Would I get banned from the states for shoplifting
    Hi I got caught shoplifting in Georgia for stealing 2 shirys I haven't been to court yet but I was wondering if they would ban me from the syates since I'm from Canada

    Yes. It's a case by case determination and I've posted the law before but the answer is, yes.

    We in the US have enough shoplifters now - we don't need to import any.
