    Okay. I can see that you're no longer logged-on here, ianey. So, I'm going to take a guess at what it might be since you posted this in Languages. If I'm incorrect, I apologize for being assuming.

    "Out guide" might be referring to something like a "dining out guide" that would help people to decide where to go for a meal by the guide providing a list of possible places where people might dine out.
